Imphal, January 20 : THE ALL Manipur Students' Union (AMSU) today while stating that they will have closed vigil on the private schools in Thoubal district asked the authorities to display the board which recognized the private schools.
AMSU, in a statement, the student body said that while the private schools issued admission forms and prospectus, they should clearly mention the registration number and year of recognition along with whether the schools are recognized by the BSEM, CHSEM, CBSE etc.
While reiterating that BSEM had also announced that any students studying in the school not recognized by the BSEM would not be allowed to the appear in the exam conducted by the board, appealed the parents and guardians to the get their children admission to the schools after properly verified it.
It also said that the fees to be taken by the school authorities should also be depend on the facilities to be provided to the students.
